The central panel and entire back are made of the polka dot print tulle fabric. The solid blue print side panels are decorated with rows of bold white and blue circle embroideries. The lower rim of the side panels has amazing scalloped edges decorated with vibrant medallion shaped embroideries. The ruffle-trim on the back is very unique and make it look charming, feminine and a little flirtatious.
