1. DEFINITIONS

8. RISK OF LOSS/ WARRANTIES REGARDING PRODUCTS

The risk of loss for all products purchased from this site passes to Users upon the delivery of the products by Merchant to the carrier. THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON, BY OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE SOLD ON AN “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT WILL MERCHANT OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, ASSIGNS OR THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY TORTIOUS OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS.
IN NO EVENT WILL MERCHANT OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES OR ASSIGNS BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OF USER OR PERSONAL INJURY THAT ARISES IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE SITE.
Purchaser is responsible for the payment of any and all applicable duties, taxes or other charges related to shipments.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY REGARDING ACCESS
