Exchanging Items by Mail
At Laurela.com, you can exchange the same item in a different color or size FREE of additional shipping charge when exchange merchandise is shipped to you. You are still responsible for return shipping fees during an exchange process.
To get an exchange, please contact our Customer Service at (646) 658 3572 or email us at customerservice@laurela.com within 7 days of receipt of the package. We limit the number of exchanges for the same item to one (1). If you received exchange item(s), but are still unhappy with your purchase, we will refund you for the item(s) cost, minus Shipping Fees (Estimate Shipping Fee for the original order (if applicable), Return Shipping Fee (during Exchange), Exchange Shipping Fee and Final Return Shipping Fee).
*Since the same item in a different color or size might have a different price, when you exchange items, the prices and special offers are subject to recalculation.
*Please note that if we do not have the item/color/size that you wish to get in exchange (you can view the color and size availability by visiting the coresponding product page), then your Exchange request will be automatically treated as a Return request.
Please follow these easy steps to exchange your merchandise by Mail:
1. Email customerservice@laurela.com to request a Return Merchandies Authorization (RMA) for your exchange. In the email, please include:
- your order number in the subject line; - item name(s), number(s) and exchange colors and/or sizes for each item that you wish to exchange.
2. In the same email that you send to Laurela.com Customer Service requesting an RMA, you may also request our pre-paid Return Shipping Label (available when returning items with merchandise total of $50.00 or more). We normally use UPS for all shipping services, so the pre-paid Return Shipping Label will be from the UPS.
*If you use our Return Shipping Label during mail exchange process, we will charge your credit card for the return shipping and handling fee.
As an alternative, you may choose to use a shipping carrier of your choice to return merchandise to laurela.com. In that case, we strongly recommend that you insure your package for the original purchase value, in case it is lost in transit. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method, please be sure to ship via insured service option and use the address listed on our Packing Slip, included with your order: Customer Service, Laurela Inc., 8813 17th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11214.
3. If you request a Return Shipping Label from Laurela.com, we will email you the link to the UPS website, where you can retrieve and print out your return label.
4. Complete the Exchange Form that was sent to you with your original purchase and include it with the item(s) you are exchanging.
5. Pack item(s) safely for shipping in the original box and affix the return shipping label.
6. Drop off your package at any UPS store or drop box. For the closest UPS drop-off location, call 1-800-PICK-UPS. We cover the insurance only when we provide you with the return shipping label. If you ship items back to us on your own, you are responsible for insuring the package, so that you could recover your money from the shipping carrier in case the package gets lost in transit.
* The items must be returned in the original condition:
- all labels and protective garment liners attached; - item packaging intact; - items undamaged.
7. Once we receive the merchandise back, we will send you the exchange items FREE of shipping charge to you.
By Phone (Speed Exchange Option) - FREE
For the fastest possible service, take advantage of our Speed Exchange Option. You can request your replacement item(s) over the phone by calling our Customer Service at (646) 658 3572. We will charge your credit card at the time we ship your new merchandise and we will credit your card upon receipt of the exchange.
*If you use our Return Shipping Label during phone exchange process, the return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your credit or refund.
