All garments unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for a refund or exchange, within 30 days from the date that the merchandise was delivered to you. You must notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return any merchandise for a refund or exchange. Failure to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order or receiving from you return merchandise within 31-45 days from the date that the merchandise was delivered to you will result in 30% restocking charge that will be deducted from your refund. We will not accept any returns or exchanges on the merchandise received after 45 days from the date that the merchandise was delivered to you. Upon receiving your returned merchandise, Laurela.com will refund the returned merchandise total, less shipping and handling charges for the original order (if your origianl order no longer qualifies for a Free Shipping promotion that was applied to it), and less Return Shipping fees (if you used our pre-paid return label).
 
If you received a free shipping by applying a Free Shipping Promotion code to your order, when you return items, merchandise subtotal will be recalculated and and if after returning items your order no longer qualifies for the Free Shipping promotion, the original Shipping and Handling fee will be re-applied to your order and hence deducted from your refund. 
 
The returned Bras, Panties, LingerieSleepwear, Loungewear, or Swimwear merchandise must be in New, Unwashed and Unused Condition, and in the same original packaging. The packaging must not be torn, scratched or dented. If product packaging has been torn, scratched or dented, we reserve the right to deduct anywhere between 25% to 50% of the product cost from your refund, because we will not longer be able to sell the product at the full price, once its packaging has been damaged. Merchandise must have all original tags and nylon fastener attachments attached to it, and tags must be un-altered, and not disconnected cut or damaged. Once the tags are removed, the merchandise is yours. No exceptions. We will Not Accept Returns of merchandise with obvious signs of use, or if the merchandise is damaged while in your possession. All garments are thoroughly inspected before leaving the warehouse to make sure that your garment is not damaged when you receive it. If we determine that these safety measures where not met, we will give you the option of having the garment shipped back to you at your expense or if you decline, we will have to discard the merchandise and no exchange or refund will be issued. 
 
Due to the make up of Hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery items that have been removed from their package, tried on, or worn, as they tend to stretch out and conform to your body shape. If we determine that these safety measures where not met, we will give you the option of having the garment shipped back to you at your expense or if you decline, we will have to discard the merchandise and no exchange or refund will be issued.
 
Because of the high shipping-cost-to-product-price ratio, we cannot offer free exchanges on Hosiery products that have not been removed from their package, have not been tried on, or worn. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order.
 
Please be aware that for Bath & Body products, all sales are final. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue exchanges on Bath and Body products. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order.
 
We will refuse unauthorized returns. Laurela.com will refuse your returned package, and return it to you at your expense, if you do not email us within 7 days of receiving your order for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) that we will furnish you with via email. In order for us to accept the package, the correct Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be legible on the front of the package, and you must have a postmarked date on your package that is within 7 days from when we issue you am RMA.
 
You are responsible for shipping charges when returning merchandise to Laurela.com during either return or exchange process, unless we have shipped the wrong item to you in error.
 
When returning merchandise back to Laurela.com you can either use our pre-paid Return Shipping Label or ship merchandise on your own, using the shipping carrier of your choice. If you use OUR prepaid Return Shipping Label and the package is lost in transit, we will refund you for the cost of the merchandise in that package and will not deduct the cost of the return label from your refund. If you do not use our pre-paid return label and ship merchandise on your own, we strongly recommend that you use insured mail service, with a tracking number or delivery confirmation. Laurela.com will not be responsible if the merchandise you ship back to us using a shipping carrier or your choice is lost in the mail.
 
If we ship a package to you and it comes back to us either as "Refused" or as "Undeliverable" due to a bad shipping address that was provided by the customer, you will have a choice of either receiving a refund for your purchase less shipping and handling charges, and a $5 restocking fee will apply for each item you have ordered. Also, if you received free shipping with your purchase, the estimated shipping and handling charge will be now applied to your order and hence deducted from your refund. Otherwise, you may choose to have us re-ship the package back to you at your expense. In this case, please refer to the Shipping Times & Rates section of our web site for a complete list of estimated Shipping and Handling fees based on merchandise subtotal and pay the shipping charge to re-ship your package. Once we process your shipping payment, we will re-ship your merchandise back to you. Please select the standard-shipping rate that applies to the value of your merchandise being re-shipped to you.
 
All merchandise must be returned in the original box (with Laurela logo on both sides of the box) that was used to ship it to you. If we receive your returned merchandise in a damaged state due to bad packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange in this situation, even if we provided you with the Return Shipping Label. If you use a shipping carrier of your choice when returning merchandise to Laurela.com and we receive your returned merchandise in a damaged state due to bad packaging or due to the fault of your carrier, then you will need to collect damages from the carrier in question, assuming you shipped the package to us insured. We will not be able to issue a refund or exchange in this situation, as well.
 
Laurela.com (including Laurela Inc.) will not be held responsible under any circumstances for delays in delivery of your purchased merchandise and any associated damages, due to delays in carrier delivery, dur to carrier errors, due to package loss in transit, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, floods, fire, civil disobedience, lockouts, strikes, freight embargoes and acts of federal, state or local government.
 
All authorized returns that meet Laurela.com Returns and Exchanges Policy Guidelines set forth above will result in either a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase or an exchange will be issued.
