1. How will my package be shipped?
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Laurela.com ships with a variety of carriers to provide the best service and lowest cost for our customers. Most of the Standard Shipping Orders are shipped via UPS. If you perfer any other carrier, we can accomodate you. For that, after you place your order, simply email your request at customerservice@laurela.com and include your order number in the subject line.
2. When will my package be shipped?
All orders are shipped/delivered only Monday – Friday. Delivery estimates do not include holidays or weekends.
All orders placed by 12PM EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be shipped the following business day.
All orders with the "Standard" Shipping Method selected at the time when order was placed, will be shipped via UPS Ground shipping service.
All orders with the "2nd Business Day" Shipping Method selected at the time when order was placed, will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air Saver shipping service. Please make sure that you place your order before 12:00 pm EST. If the order is placed after 12:00 pm EST, it will be shipped the next business day from the day when the order was placed.
All orders with the "Overnight" Shipping Method selected at the time when order was placed, will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver shipping service. Please make sure that you place your order before 12:00 pm EST. If the order is placed after 12:00 pm EST, it will be shipped the next business day from the day when the order was placed.
3. What are your Shipping Rates?
Please see Shipping & Returns section for more information on our shipping rates. You may track your order on our website by clicking the Order Status link on the bottom of each page and then following the instructions.
4. Is my package insured?
Laurela.com guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund, an exchange or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Sales and Service Team via email at customerservice@laurela.com.
5. Can you Ship My Package to an Address other than my Billing Address?
Laurela.com Store Policy requires that ALL orders placed by Guests and ALL first time orders placed by Registered Users are shipped to the veryfied Billing Address, i.e. the address on file with the credit card company, whose card you used to make the purchase.
6. Can you Ship My Package to the Hotel where I am Staying?
We cannot ship any orders to hotels, only to a permanent Billing Address.
7. What if I cannot be available at my Billing Address to sign for the package during the day?
UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver the package to your Billing Address location. After that, the package will be held at the UPS Pickup Center for you to pick it up at your convenience. Please make sure to bring with you a Government Issued Photo ID verifying your identity when you come to pick up your package.
